I have very flat feet, and these cushions have been an incredible relief from my foot pain. I wear them frequently, and I’ve washed them quite a bit, but they’re still holding up exceptionally well.

Not as good as Strutz. I am a women’s size 9 with a wide foot and these are loose. The cushion is also hard and not that cushioning.

If you have no arch these are great for distributing weight.

Ganz klar, man kann hier keinen Ersatz für Einlegesohlen vom Orthopäden erwarten! Da ich im Sommer selten feste Schuhe trage und somit nicht auf meinen Einlegesohlen gehe, ist das eine gute Alternative, um die Beschwerden zu lindern, die durchs nicht tragen der Sohlen entstehen. Kann mal verrutschen, ja. Aber im großen und ganzen halten sie ganz gut und wenn man sie richtig trägt tut auch nichts weh. Wenn man die Wölbung zu weit unter den Fuß schiebt, dann tut es weh, ja. Aber das ist ein Anwendungsfehler und kein Manko vom Produkt.

This is okay but not for me. The arch pillow is too firm and too big. It hurt my foot even more.

I wore these for just one full day and the elastic stretched out so much that the bump on the bottom which is to be on the underside of your foot on your arch turned to the side and top of of my foot at times. I compared that pair to the other pair it came with (2 pack) after one day, and it had stretched out by an inch. I have normal feet, not fat feet and regardless, the elastic should be velcro adjustable to tighten it up. They are uncomfortable too. Feels like something is digging into your arch all day, and I did not feel much relief.
