It’s been hard to find a pencil sharpener for my Prismacolor colored pencils but this one is it! Sharpens to a very sharp point and sharpens evenly. No breakage and no uneven sides. Battery operated and portable. 5 stars!

This is the only sharpener students in my middle school classes want to use because it creates the sharpest pencil point. Portable for moving to different classes and charges easily with both USB and batteries. Best for pencils that are strictly wood, as the plastic coating on some may jam it over time. Can be a little loud, but worth it for functionality.

As a homeschool moms new best, I’m always on the lookout for a tool that will make the day go smoother. After using this sharpener for the past 4 months, I can say that it has become my favorite daily tool. The design is kid friendly and my kids love the robotic appearance. They love seeing the pencil shavings in the mouth. It’s simple to use and sharpens fairly quickly. There are three sharpness levels. The battery life is great and we go weeks without charging even though we are sharpening stones of colored pencils and pencils daily! I also appreciate that eventually, if the blade gets dull, I can purchase a replacement for a very reasonable price. If you are a homeschooling parent or teacher and looking for a fun yet practical addition to your classroom, o can’t recommend this sharpener enough!

My seven year old nephew absolutely loved this! He immediately named it Nibby, because he said that it nibs on pencils. He was sharpening every pencil he could find.It works fantastic! It sharpens pencils and colored pencils very quickly.
