Twice i ordered this part. 1st time it was missing half of all the screws and bolts. Returned it only to get replacement with torn box and return label from the last two people who had ordered it still on the box. Do not sell a used product as new. Still waiting on the refund to process out half a month later...

Only good thing about it was the fast overnight shipping most of the hardware was missing and it doesn't fit into my jack

Horribly packaged, did not come with all parts, the nuts don't fit the bolts, letter of instructions was torn and non-legible, box it came in was torn to hell, plus it doesn't tell you how to assemble. I don't recommend ordering from them.

The package was damaged and parts had fallen out and were missing. Mice had been inside the package and had destroyed the parts list and the assembly instructions. Seller has sent a new and complete item. So now I am satisfied with the product!
