First, the odor is horrific and after 5 days it doesn't seem to be dissipating. Second, the velcro tabs stick to anywhere on the external material instead of a designated fastening area. This sounds good for adjustment BUT the tabs stick very tight to anywhere they touch! I find myself in a wrestling match when trying to reposition or remove. Often I have to go through multiple tugs to accomplish anything because the tabs catch the material anywhere. This is major league annoying. And makes it a challenge to adjust the tightness so the wrap doesn't work its way down. If you can accomplish accurate positioning, it works very well at compression. For me, it will be returned and I will continue to search. There must be something better out there.

It does slip towards the knee often when moving, but if you sit or lie down it stays in place. Basically it is designed to wrap around a cylinder, but a thigh is not a cylinder, but rather narrower near the knee.When it does stay in place it is very effective at pain relief.I would also like direction as to how many hours it should be worn.

My mother has suffered from lipodema in her thigh for years and it sometimes makes walking uncomfortable because of the rubbing. Since she’s has this brace, walking is much easier. She puts it on under her pants. It doesn’t really show and its giving her some relief. Great product ans definitely worth the price.

I wanted so much to like this since I have terrible pains in the thighs from bad hips. I smelled the horrific chemical odor before I even opened the package. I thought maybe it needed to be aired out a bit. So, I attempted to put it on and let it air. However, the aroma permeated the entire first floor in my house and even my car when I brought it back to the UPS Store today. `In fact, my grandkids stayed overnight and had a terrible allergy attack and it had to be from whatever odor was released from this. It almost smelled like it had insecticide sprayed on it besides the strong chemical aroma.As far as the fit, it did not fit like a thigh because it had no shape to it. The top part was able to do a tight compression fit, but the bottom strap was just not shaped to taper down a bit so it didn’t fit tightly at all. And after walking around the house, it slipped to the ankles. So, not a good fit for me. I’m 5’6 and125 lbs, just an FYI.

It looks nice but it just doesn’t do the job no matter how tight I tighten it around my leg and minute I start to move a little bit or walk from one end of the gym to the other the thing is all the way down covering my knees… I have to keep going tighter and tighter were it’s cutting off my circulation almost the only way it stays up is if I wrap it in a tensor band first and then throw it over.. And it still does a little sliding not as bad but it works a lot better with a test around underneath itself on its own forget about it!!!!!

Really helps recovery or injury, is large enough for somebody with huge thighs and super comfortable enough to fall asleep while it's on.
