This is the third flag holder I have ordered. This one is the first one I needed to assemble, which in and of itself is not a bad thing. Instructions were good, but not needed. Assembly only took a couple of minutes. The other two had welded parts while this one uses stamped metal pieces all bolted together. Two of the bolts that came pre-assembled needed to be tightened (minor detail). Parts and tools provided for assembly were good enough, however, the thin stamped metal wrench needed to tighten the bolts scratched the power coating pretty easily - can’t see the finish holding up long term. Welds on the pole retainer nuts are thick/good but the screws for them are a little loose inside the nuts. They should work but this is the only one where the screws have “play” in them. I like the 3 position adjustability of the flag positions, side to side. Would be 5-stars if not for the thickness of the powder coating.

I wanted ra flag display, and this looked better made than most, so I took a gamble. It is quite solid and well constructed, but there are no instructions and that's a huge faux pas. Without instructions, it takes a lot longer to learn how to use something, and time is probably our most valuable commodity, I normally take off 2 stars for products without instructions, and this was frustrating enough to warrant at least one and a half, but since half stars aren't an option, I'm rounding up. Just be aware that you might face the same situation if you get one of these. Pretty nice setup once you get there tho. I think this should last for some time.

Ok, I want to start off by first saying that this "Xyzhyan" Hitch Mount Double Flag Pole is a product that was never even on on my radar, but it grabbed my attention when I came across the listing. With all that is going on "politcally" right now, this is something I became interested in checking out.This product arrives in a cardboard box. It is well packed for shipping and mine arrived in good condition. There is some weight to this and I was impressed when I unpacked it. I honestly think this is possibly OVERBUILT for its intended purpose, but that is certainly NOT a negative. It is a good, thick gauge of steel and it is more than durable with its heavy bolt fasteners that are part of the design.It fits well into the 2 inch receiver on my Ram1500. I should note that I already had a U-Bolt fastening accessory that I use to tighten up my usual towing hitch so there is zero rattling. I also used that when testing this product out, but that would not be really required. I think this is durable on its own and it is more than robust to support your flags. Getting to that, the only "if" in this equation in my opinion would be the actual quality of the flags you are using along with the flagpole? If you have poles built with a decent guage of metal you may want to consider drilling two holes through them so that they line up with the thumb screw retainers. This type of install would insure a more secure attachement between the pole and the holder to make sure that pole will NOT fly out of there!Overall, I and pleased with this product. Again, it is not even something I had been searching for, but I like having something I can bust out on Canada Day, or other celebrations when I want to show some Canada pride! Given what is going on right now, I already have plans for this. That being said, I don't think I will ever be driving around at any high speeds in my Ram with Flags flying on the back. I consider this more of a novelty kind of item for slower speed, in town use or at the Beach Front (yes I live near a Beach town!) Now, when it comes to price, I feel this is touch on the high side, but given the robust build quality, I feel it is still reasonable. I am giving this a solid 4 out of 5 rating.

This is a very well designed and built dual flag hitch mount. The flag holders are adjustable for angle and are removable to allow the mount to be stored flat. All pins, pin retainer clips, nuts, bolts and tools are included. You can use flag poles up to 1 inch plus and there is plenty adjustment to secure smaller diameter flag poles.This is a good unit and is worth the $39.90 price in my opinion.

Nothing complicated here, and work just fine for adding warning signal behind a truck at construction site. It also can be modified to be used for other things. Even if it for flag, it look pretty solid and could be adapted for other purpose.

Thick steel construction with hefty bolts means this should last a while. I like that the bottom bolts have nylon lock nuts to prevent over-tightening, but won’t fall off on the trail. The 3 position mounts tilt easily and are held in place with spring pins. The fit is perfect and the large pin has a tight fit. The finish appears to be powder coating and seems durable. There are 2 thumb screw keepers on each mount, which should also help reduce vibration. While this will be great for flying flags….I’m going to turn it into a cradle to support the back half of the John boat/kayak hanging out of the back of the UTV. A couple poles and some ratchet straps and this beefy hitch will no doubt support the extra 20-30 pounds.

I often have a flag on my truck, but never had a good way to mount it where it felt secure and easy to remove. This adjustable hitch mount is perfect for two flags, and the ability to change the angle is really nice. The coating is very thick, and I cant imagine it chipping off. There coating also did a great job stopping rust, as this hitch has been through salt and snow and had zero signs of rust. Overall if you are looking for a great flag mounting solution, this hitch is a great option at a very reasonable price.

When only 1 pole is not enough for you, or you want to show how nice your poles are, this is what you need. The durable black metal will hold those poles straight for a long time! or a little "on the side" depending on what you are into!Construction is sturdy, metal is thick, bolts are big. You'll have an easy time assembling those, everything is ready except the pole holders. You have 2 bolts and the lock to set and you are ready to go.Overall, this is a very nice piece, you'll be able to show your poles with confidence, alone or with friends.

I own two other flagpole holders and it seems there has not been on that was great all the way around, until I found this one.Most of the mount consists of flat pieces of metal attached with nuts & bolts. To me, this created a much cleaner look than welding spots everywhere. The poles have a piece of plastic at the bottom which could possibly act as a safety precaution if the bolt came out. I’m personally on the fence if I prefer the open or closed bottom. I like having the opportunity to have the flag height where I prefer it, but at the same time, if the bottom is open, the only way to properly secure it would be to have holes or drill holes in the flagpole for bolts to run through. You can adjust the angel of the flags in 3 settings. It starts straight-up, then you can lower 2 additional places so they come out instead of up. What makes this mount stand out is instead of using bolts for the adjustment area, they use coupler pins. While other mounts, you need to have a couple wrenches with you if you want to adjust the angle. With this one, open the coupler end, slide out, adjust angle, slide back in, secure. Easy.Overall, I am extremely happy with this mount to proudly fly my patriotic flags.
