I originally thought this was rinse free so unfortunately i didn't get to try it. If your cat likes baths, this product could be for you.

The product kills fleas immediately but it doesn't continue killing them. So you have to continue to bath them non stop. So the performance is good but it should at least kill fleas up to a certain amount of days. It's easy to use and great for the price

I didn't expect the shampoo to kill all the fleas. Still need some treatments to get rid of them. I just got the product yesterday and tried it out. Some fleas came out right away while washing the cats but a lot still survive after the washes. A day later, the fleas seemed to be disappearing more. It works as I expected. I feel quite confident that the product is safe for my cats. I am satisfied with the product.I am very sensitive to smell but this product smells pretty good, Not heavily perfumed. It's fine with me.

I cant say for sure if the product works as its hard to tell. I sprayed my cat with hot tub water through a spray bottle which seemed soothing to her to my surprise. I then easily pumped out the foam in one hand while I followed the directions on how to lather with a soft cotton glove into her skin.At first she seemed to be terrified, but I believe she immediately felt some sort of relief to her skin as she let me lather the soap all over her. Of course enough was enough after a few minutes, and thats when she freaked out. I wasn't able to catch her as she scuttle butted around the house trying to hide. It was hard to grab her and by that point the soap had been lathered enough time for it to make her fur thick, spiky, and hard. I knew I wouldn't be able to spray her with the water bottle at that point and I knew it had been more than enough time for me to have to rinse off her body. I was finally able to subdue her and rushed her into the bathtub and quickly turned on the shower head to make it quick for her. I was able to rinse her off quickly but it was a very arduous process and she totally hated it. I had to chase her with a towel and was finally able to towel dry her as best I could. She acted very funny for two days but i haven't seen her scratching like she was before her bath. She does smell great, and she feels clean and soft for sure, however I think she was used to her scent so much, that I feel it made her afraid because she stopped bunting against furniture and spots where she always marks her territory. She also slept right on top of me which she has never done, in fact she always wanted her space. However, she seems to be getting over it now after about 2 days and I don't see her scratching herself like crazy anymore so Im thinking something worked. Definitely not something I would do evry 7 days like the instructions say. I did give the review 4 stars since it seemed to have helped and because of the soft hair and clean scent.
