The Time Clock is great for tracking employee hours. I used it for a few months to monitor an intern's time. I used the biometric fingerprint feature which worked ok. The setup was straightforward with a USB stick for downloading and uploading employee data. It's a practical solution for small businesses and doesn't require monthly fees.

I received this today 7/1/24, and I have been trying to get information loaded into the machine for almost 2 hours, but its not working. When I type information in, it doesn't store it. So I figured that I would try using a spread sheet. NOPE that's not working either.The keypad is NOT user friendly, the directions are minimal at best.It would be faster and much easier to just have my employees sign in using a piece of paper.I am not impressed by any means.

i needed a more efficient way to keep things for work and for this device. it has a fingerprint reader, and many rf cards as well as keypad entry. it also comes with a usb memory stick for downloading the data for easy access. it does not have wifi capabilities which would make this device perfect.

I gave it 4 stars for a few reasons. 1. Needed to ask for the password to edit on Excell spread sheet. 2. There is no indicator of in or out when using the machine. 3. Instructions didn't have any description of the different selections. 4. The flash drive provided quit working after using it twice. Overall 4 stars for a good working product, the small things do not limit the operation of the product and I would still recommend this for other small businesses!

The instructions only explained how to set up this unit and add users, which was straightforward, but beyond that, as in how to operate it, it could have been much better.Suggest you enroll via finger print since you don't need to spend time front of the unit (Emp number / pass) and you don't need an RFID card which costs money (although 5 were included).The most basic function, check-in, is confusing; when it clocks in, it just says "thank you," and the same goes for check-out. If you scan your finger print 2 times within a short period of time - say a minute, it will then say "Verified, Thank you". There is no way to know if you checked out successfully for for the day, for lunch and/or longer breaks.The spreadsheet had lots of columns and calculations but no explanation in the instructions on HOW it was calculated. Even then, it seems to miss the ability to customize the calculations, like removing time for lunch breaks.At this rate, I can not rely on this system for my business.

I have a job I'm not required to clock into however, when there is over time or I need to look back on hours not having one, a timeclock can be beyond aggravating. The I structures with these are not the best but they are good enough to use the machine and assign your coworkers cards. I personally Luke the ease of the fingerprint scanner..that's just me. I think this would be great for small businesses or personal time management...

When an employee leaves for lunch after 1pm for lunch the machine puts it as a clock in time instead of a clock out time.I've tried using the manual but still have this issue.Ex: In 8:30 am Out: 1:00 pmThere is no number to call for support

Super easy time clock to use does have card to tap for employee can use pin code as well very nice and easy to use when up well on the wall I would say this is for a smaller business good product no monthly fees
