This time clock offers a great range of options for employee attendance tracking: face recognition, fingerprint, RFID card, and even app-based check-in/out. This flexibility is fantastic, especially for a small business with varying employee preferences or needs. The setup was relatively straightforward, and I appreciate that it comes with 10 RFID cards to get started. The face recognition and fingerprint scanning are surprisingly fast and accurate, making clocking in and out a breeze for most employees.The fact that there are no monthly fees is a huge plus! The data is stored locally, and you can access it through the iOS/Android app. However, the app is the main reason I'm giving this four stars instead of five. While it's functional, it's not the most polished or user-friendly app I've used. It can be a bit clunky to navigate, and I've experienced occasional connectivity issues. The reporting features are adequate, but could be more robust. Despite the app's shortcomings, the hardware itself is excellent, and the multiple attendance options make it a very practical solution for small businesses. If the app gets some improvements, this would easily be a five-star product.

I installed this time tracking device at my small business and it has been a great solution and worked great for us. Without any subscription fees like others, this is cost effective solution for any business. It has ability to punch time ranges, adjust for breaks or lunch and calculate the overall time including the night shifts.It has several features built in like mult-department management feature which could be super helpful that helps the employee transfers. It also helped us to simplify the payroll processing which can be pulled all the information from this device.The mobile app worked great and allows to make any correction to records, upload employees information and export the reports for any integrations.Overall, the system is working fine and helping us to reduce the costs and its a great investment for businesses.

This product does not work, it resets the card info. The time and date keep on changing. It sometimes misses a clock in time when they do clock in. I just don't trust this product because now I can't use the information because it's not accurate.

We’ve been using cloud-based employee time-tracking/scheduling software which offers a lot of additional features but decided to switch over to using the employee time clock from Tymeix for our small business. I like that it’s all in-house and stored locally, but employees can still use an app on their phones to clock in/out.I like that this time clock and software are quite versatile, you can set it up for basic timekeeping of shifts but also customize it for more advanced/detailed reports and analytics plus being able to set up detailed and custom payroll reports has been a big advantage.Overall, the build quality is good, easy to set up, and I think is a very cost-effective way to track employee schedules compared to web/cloud-based software solutions.
