This is a well-made quality aquarium gravel siphon. It is longer than others I have had making it easier to do water changes. I had an air leak issue, but I had not attached the parts together well enough. Make sure you firmly attach all pieces. It would have been nice if there were instructions to make it easier to assemble this, but I figured it out fairly easily. The box this syphon came in was pretty beat up, but the product itself was okay, with the exception of a few kinks in the tube. I fortunately was able to get the kinks out with a bit of pressure for a while with a Vice grip. It worked well cleaning my tank, the suction was good but not so strong that I had issues with it pulling up gravel like others I have had. I like that it has a stop valve so I can pause without having to restart the syphoning. Despite the kinks and assembly issues I feel like this is a pretty good value fish tank syphon for the money.

This siphon does the job. It's not for sand - the holes are too big and the sand goes right through. The hose was kinked and the cuts at the end of the tubes are all uneven. Box was damaged and it's more junk from China that I had to figure out how to put together.
