Nothing to like about this radio, the CarPlay doesn’t work at all. Won’t connect and when it does, it’s very awful. Won’t stay connected, have not been able to even listen to one song.

It would not connect to my phone for Bluetooth and the reverse camera had double lines on it which looked terrible

Everything goods and works great but the camera quality is lacking and the CarPlay audio is horrible.

I really wanted to like this because the stock 5” screen was small and no car play connection.Once I figured out the secret hand shake CarPlay works but you have to click z link and wait, not just hop in and go link a factory CarPlay screen.Once it connects it gives you record player sound with a few glitches each song.The rearview camera gives a fish eye view that looks terrible and you must lean to the center of the truck to see anything. From the drivers seat the contrast is jacked up and impossible to see unless the sun is perfectly illuminating your trailer and trailer hitch. If it’s in the shadows you are screwed even leaning to the center.It did fit in nicely and was plug and play but the software and screen are dumpster juice.Would not buy and would return if I hadn’t waited so long to put it in.

This radio is awesome I didn’t have to cut any wires or add any harnesses it was literally unplug the factory radio and plug it into the new radio which comes with all harnesses that would possibly be needed except antenna adapter but I managed to hook it up without an adapter. The only thing I don’t care for is how the factory backup camera looks on the screen I may have it connected wrong but it’s like a dome view . Also the angle of the screen isn’t the best if it was slightly turned towards the driver it’d be amazing but the glare and having to lean over to see the camera is a bit annoying but I’d still buy this again and again

Easy to install, unplug old head unit and plug this one in. Sounds fine, no difference from factory sound. The brightness and contrast controls are minimal at best, I installed in a 2015 Ram 2500 without any tint on front windows and the screen was washed out in bright day light conditions. I had 30% tint installed ( I had already planned on doing this ) and it made a significant improvement for day time use. Remember it's under 200 dollars. The other fault is that it doesn't connect wireless with Android play. You have to plug into the left side USB/Android Play port wired connection. Over all for the price I'm very happy with the purchase. Looks good, sounds good. Some minor issues that can be worked around. 4 star since I needed tinted windows to view effectively.Oh wait... One other note. When you first start up the unit there will be 4 number Cross hair on the screen, This is to calibrate the touch screen. ( No mention of this in the instructions) Make sure to touch each number in order... Can you guess what I did... The factory reset is on the right of the unit just below the the right knob. There is no reset option in the menu even though the instructions say it's there. I'm still happy with purchase and would recommend.
