Pans seem sturdy and deep enough. Swivel is easy to maneuver and can be cleaned with a brush. I use gluten free flour to bake my cakes which makes turning cakes out of pan more difficult hence the swivel. I'll have to see how that works in the next week and report.

I like the arm on the bottom of the pan that allows the cake to loosen from the pan- very practical!

Some of theses reviews say they are too flimsy, but they seem fine. They aren’t the most amazing quality but they are decent. I have only used them once so far but they seemed fine for my needs.

I have some very old one's that were looking there age still have themSo thought I would order new one's these are thinner and cook faster due to being thinner but they seem to be good qualityTime well tell

The slide around pieces are TOO flimsy, don’t fit close enough to the pan bottom, aren’t removable so you can clean under them..... YES they are cake pans, cake batter gets under there and needs to be washed. You guys need to buy a set of old mirro pans that are in good shape and copy that

These are made of aluminum, the swivelling piece is very thin and not exactly staying in place when you rotate it. I ordered 2 plates and one was damaged with a few dents in it They were packaged in a shipping plastic bag, so not really well protected during transport. My mother used to have a similar cake pan when I was young and they were made with iron and the swivelling piece was much sturdier than the aluminum counter parts. I would not recommend this product unfortunately.
