This is my first tart pan and it works beautifully. I’ve had no issues with it. The quality is evident and I will continue to buy other Fat Daddio products.

Perfect size for baking in my toaster oven. Removable bottom is a plus. Cool it, then place over a wide can to drop rim. Cake lifter or flat spatula to lift off of base to plate. Not crazy about non-stick surfaces — chemicals. Not a fan. But my pate sucre turned out very nice. I would recommend this product.

Nice deep sides. Have not used it yet but it's going to be perfect for many recipes. Fat Daddio's never disappoints. Excellent quality bakeware.

I have quite a few Fat Daddio's pans and these performed like all the others: flawlessly. I used this quiche pan to make a deep-diah dutch apple pie. Because I made it a day prior to serving, I blind-baked the shell. After it cooled, I filled and baked again. Once it cooled for 30 minutes, the entire pie released without a glitch. These pans -- I ordered two -- are perfect for quiche or pies and wash like a dream. Excellent product!

It’s sturdy and crusts don’t stick to the pan when lifting the bottom out of the ring, but I did notice some minor leakage during baking. It was a bit difficult to clean within the flutes and the top is a bit sharper than I would’ve liked.

Llegó antes y parece de buena calidad, hay que esperar para ver con el uso que tan bueno es. Solo me gustaría que al empacarlos los protegieran mejor para evitar ralladuras.

Yes, Fat Daddio’s scores 100! It’s the most incredible baking tool ever. baking sheets, bread pans, muffin tins, baking sheets, pie tins and cheese cake pans with removable bottoms, things never stick with Fat Daddio’s!

I love Fat Daddio products. They are such high quality! I bought this to make a deep dish pie because I wanted to be able to remove it from the container afterward for presentation and service. It was my first time making a pie, and it went really well. I will know how to wrap my dough better the next time, but I was very pleased! I wish they made a 1.5” tall tart pan, but this one did the trick at 2”. My dough stained the aluminum on the first use somehow. It was just a butter dough. It will still work just fine, though. My dough did not stick at all and was crispy and flaky as anything!

This tart pan is made from anodized aluminum. From what I can tell, it is made without any chemical non-stick coating, yet it works perfectly and the crust never sticks.I have used this to make several different tarts already, all of them have turned out beautifully with crisp, flaky crust and evenly cooked filling. The loose bottom allows you to pop the tart out when it is done, without any worry that you will damage the crust. Some other reviews have mentioned that the removable bottom piece is sharp on the edges, but I did not find that to be the case. The edges of the removable bottom piece I received are dull. I do not consider it to be dangerous at all, but of course we should always handle kitchen tools with respect and care.I use a 10" with the 9.5" version of this tart pan and the fit is perfect. The edges of that pie crust shield are sharp though, so if that is a concern you may want to go for a silicone shield. This tart pan along with the pie crust shield fit perfectly into my which is awesome for baking single tarts. As others have mentioned, cleanup is easy and straightforward. The two pieces coming apart make washing this tart pan very simple.

I saw Alton Brown make an apple pie in a fluted tart pan and it came out really pretty, so I decided to give it a try. Most of the time, with a fruit pie, the first piece looks crappy because you struggle to get it out - not with this pan! I wanted a deeper pan than Alton used and was thrilled to find this 2" deep tart pan. I tried it for Thanksgiving and the pie came out very easily from the outer tart pan side and looked beautiful even when sliced! Because the pan is so deep, I didn't have to pile the apples way high and have them shrink and leave "empty" pie crust on top. I just layered the apples to the edge of the pan and laid the top crust right on top and pinched off the excess dough. It's so easy to get the crust edge perfect with this pan and it cleans very easily. I would recommend this reasonably priced pan for any cook who likes to make fruit pies. I wish I had seen this years ago!
