So far, after a few days, it seems to work as advertised and cooks just fine. The User Manual, however, is almost useless and indecipherable due to its translated-from-Chinese writing style. Many of the sentences are literally incomprehensible. After cooking for a few minutes, the unit beeps four times; I do not know what this means, and the manual makes no reference to it. It could mean that the oven has reached temperature, but that is just a guess.

I purchased this air fryer as a gift for my brother. He said that it's the best air fryer that he's ever used. It has Plenty of space, enough for the whole family, extremely easy to use, all controls are digital, the unit is very efficient and quiet and the price was better than anything comparable. This unit was an excellent choice and well worth the cost!

Works great! I have cooked chicken tenders, forozen shrimp and fish and tater tots! Easy to clean and faster than they oven.

We have purchased other air fryers in the past, and we particularly liked this one because of its capacity, ease of use, and versatility. Everything was working great until 5 months ago when we found we could not add another 5 minutes of cooking time after air-frying some meat. The touchscreen blacked out when we tried to start it up again. After the air fryer completely cooled down, it seemed to work ... but again, only one time.Ever since then, we can now air-fry only one time before the panel malfunctions. It is very disappointing as we had truly enjoyed using it for a variety of foods.We have contacted Miraston's customer service and are waiting for are response. Their website says they are advocates of customer service, so I will follow up and let you know how it went.Edit: The Miraston customer service representative got back to me in less than 2 days. She was professional, efficient, and a true advocate of customer service. She was able to resolve the issues I had with our air fryer. We are more than grateful and are back to enjoying this fantastic air fryer.

This is a replacement for an air fryer that went on the fritz. Not surprising, because we used it almost daily for 3 years. I really loved the window on this one. It's helpful to see how the food is cooking without having to open the drawer. It also runs very quietly and feels very solid when opening and closing the drawer. What I really miss is the "reheat" pre-setting from our old one. This has several presets, but all geared toward cooking particular things. We do a lot of reheating of leftovers and it's a pain to manually have to set the temp and time each go 'round. It also seems to take a lot longer to cook things to the same crispness as our last fryer. I used to do crunchy tots in 12 minutes. On this model, it takes about double the time. On the bright side, it hasn't tripped my kitchen breaker yet.
