They cut in fine but don't over torque. They will snap.

The point of this product is a drill-bit that drills a pilot hole that the threaded shank of the screw is supposed to thread into.Normally, the drill-bit is SUPPOSED to make a hole that is the minor diameter of the screw or slightly smaller. In the case of a #12 screw, that would be about 3.5mm. That allows the major diameter (the threads) to bite into the sheet metal and hold. The major diameter of a #12 screw is about 5.3mm with each thread being about 0.9mm tall.The drill-tip on the screws that were shipped measured 4.7mm which means I will only get a fraction of the thread-engagement the screw was intended to provide.
