Works ok. Head is a little soft. Strips the bit slots too easy. Strip about 1-2 in 10. May be me. Bit is new.

This review is for the 100 pack of #10 x 1.5" screws. Not much to say about them, they're screws and seem to be doing their job. The size is what is labeled. I got these since they are stainless for some outdoor tasks and repairs.So far, the ones I have used have gone into the woods with little issue. But I do drill pilot holes. I wouldn't try to drive these without a pilot hole but that is more about the phillips head. I've just found in the past that a phillips head will only take so much torque. If these were torx heads or even square then sure they can probably drive in no problem.I can't really comment on longevity yet since they only been out for a month or so. But they seem as good as any other screw.

These #8 screws appear to be just common #8 screws and are no more "self tapping" than any other common screw might be considered self tapping. The screw hears do hold up quite well when being driven with little stripping of the Phillips head slots. The screws are also a bit pricey when compared with other common screws.

I wanted these screws for use outdoors where rust/corrosion is an issue. The screws arrive on-time and in good condition. The screws look good, are uniform in size, and I am not seeing any deformed heads or missing threads.I've used these on several landscape projects where the screws are exposed to sun, dew, sprinklers, rain etc. So far no issues. Really only time will tell, but so far the stainless steel appears to be decent quality.When I think of self-tapping screws I think of screws that have little cutter blades at the tips that sort of pre-drill a hole as they are set. These do not have cutters, and are just very pointy. They do thread immediately into wood, plastic and very light sheet metal, but not so much going through heavier gauge sheet metal.A nice basic stainless steel screw,

Screws worked fine..only problem is that were awkward to use with a magnetic bit. Had a lot of. screws to install and I generally use a cordless drill with a magnetic bit which holds them. Not sure what these screws are made of but it not anything that a magnet will pick up. Just be aware!
