It's a good product and you get everything you need. It comes in a good caring bag to keep it organized. It does have its flaws and needs some improvements. After several uses rubber handle broke. Blade needs to be thicker, since it wables a bit to much when it's cutting specially at higher altitude. It does tend to unscrew from some its attachments when you increase the hight and begin to cut back and forward. Eventhough it's not a perfect tool, it's on of the better one's I have used.

This is super useful to cut down some really high up branches, but it isn't not as lightweight as I thought that it would be (though that may just be me!). I bought this because of the good reviews and I am glad that I did. I love that it has a saw or lopper with a pully string so you can do different things with them. I haven't used all of the poles that it comes with - I've only used about 3 and it gets a little tough for me to hold it up steady by myself - maybe if you have someone else to spot you if you don't have the most upper body strength??? So, typically I just use 1 or 2 poles and I'm ok. I've found it super useful and glad that I purchased it. The price isn't bad at all for all that you get with it...

Bought this for myself -- needed a trimmer that was lightweight, easy to assemble, easy to put away, well-built, and didn't break the bank. I'd say this trimmer hits all those marks! Inside the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the tool stowed inside a heavy canvas bag with handles. The pole came in sections - so that you can use whatever length you needed. The saw and clipper parts are separate and can be used separately - for example, my son used the saw while I trimmed smaller branches with the clipper. All the pieces fit neatly back into the bag when we were finished with our task. For anyone that has had one of those super long trimmers that never got any smaller than 8' and had the string hanging down and constantly tangling in items in the garage or shed? Well, this trimmer is a huge improvement! I highly recommend.

27ft long seems a little short for what I got in the bag, but I'm clearing limbs well above my 2 story house so it's 100% what I needed.The saw they send you is freaking amazing and has a good enough grip you can one hand it for small stuff if you need too.It's heavy, but I mean I'm not sure what you're expecting....The poles are aluminum with fiberglass reinforcement and very very strong.My only "complaint" which isnt a real complaint is I would have like a better way to connect the poles other than screwing them together just because of the motion sometimes will lock the threads up and that sucks.But honestly - I 100% recommend it.

Connections of poles did not stay tight when trying to use. I tried to use pole for 21 feet and pole was still very flimsy let alone trying to use it at 27 feet. Also, the first time I try to use it and discovered how poor of an item it is the return policy had expired by about a week.
