2 uses of a socket made the pins fall out. We can pot the back with epoxy to make it work for a project, but will replace with a better version later.Typical of the quality we see from PRC goods from Amazon.

The plastic in these connectors does not stand up to the heat of the soldering iron. Pins shifted around as the plastic melted.

If you are trying to use these female connectors to connect to a DIN standard male, the holes are not large enough and the pin circle does NOT match for the DIN male pins. They won't mate. If you are using the males in the kit to the females in the kit you will be OK. These connectors won't mate with TRUE DIN spec connectors.
