Works well for a burger press. I also used it for quesadillas. It may work as a tortilla press but I haven’t tried it yet. For bacon, it’s a little too small and a little light so 4 stars instead of 5. It covers about 3 1/2 slices of bacon but the ends stick out, so you have to move the press around while cooking. Basically, the ends of the bacon end up cooked less just like they normally do.

I love the size and weight of this bacon/smash burger press. This press feels heavy duty and seems that it will last a long time.

I run a restaurant and one of my most popular items are smash burgers I have bought about four different Burger smashers without any doubt this is the best one very good quality thick stainless steel and the size is perfect. Wouldn't handle is awesome for dissipating the heat.

The Dr.Camp 7 INCH Stainless Steel Smash is made from 2mm thick stainless steel and weighs 2lbs. From looking at it it appears to be laser cut and the stainless handle is welded on via electronic beam. the stainless is panel sanded and edges deburred as you would expect on a commercial product.I bought it to smash 1/2lb hamburgers and its plenty big for that. You could probably smash a 3/4+lb hamburger.What I like most is that it is not painted, plated or coated like many are. I don't want that stuff wearing off and getting in my food. Its a good deal

I love this thing, I was using a large spatula for doing smash burgers on my flat top but this thing makes it so much easier. I just toss down parchment paper and give it a good press and they come out perfect.

Love this press. From bacon to smash burgers, it’s the best. The handle is away from the heat and you have the perfect grip for smashing those burgers. Clean up is a breeze.
