Kind of fun, if you buy those family packs of ground meat, and make patties for the freezer. Functional, and easy to clean.

It looked like it would do what it claims but there was no parchment papers and one of parts was missing, so I returned it.

This is a very versatile type kitchen tool. Not only can you make stuffed burgers. You can just make big burgers slider style. Came with wax paper rounds for storing. They are easy to remove. It's easy to clean. Has durable plastic. And is Put away easy. It was easy to use. It takes a little time to get the top Burger on. These make a huge Burger.

First off, I bought this just to make burgers, not stuffed anything. Makes a decent 1/4 pound patty (4oz) that fits on the regular 8 pack burger buns. I would have preferred if it was wider to make 6oz burgers that would fit well on the premium hamburger buns like Pepperidge farms brand buns. I mean you can do 6oz but you would have to press it out more after you take it out of the press which kind of defeats the purpose. My main issue is the burger papers included are too big to fit in it, you have to press the burgers then put them on the papers. For the price it is okay.

I purchased this as a means to portion control and cost save. The versatility of being able to make flat patties / stuffed burgers / sliders in moderation allows for weekly meal preparation made easy. Dish washer safe also is a huge plus. While I love a good burger the cost of them has gone up noticeably. This has been a huge help in buying turkey/beef in bulk or buying sliders in bulk to portion control and then smash for a larger patty or double up on to make a stuffed burger. Just for reference a smashed slider is about the same size of a fast food chain burger.

I bought it to make slider patties for my son. The slider piece is a bit on the small side, which is a disappointment for my intended use. Also, there is no press for the slider size, they want you to use the main patty press to press down on top of the slider plastic piece...so it doesn't press it, more like compacts it a bit to just fit the plastic slider piece. It's a flawed kit, but for the quality of the people involved in making a $10 tool, it's to be expected I guess.

This is my third burger press, spread out over many years. The first press eventually broke, likely brittle from dish washing it. The second one is durable, but frustrating. The compacted patty would stick inside and had to be pried out. In fairness I was unaware of the non-stick pads that are now available, perhaps that would have helped. However, because of this sticky disappointment I purchased this third model.I like how the bottom pushes up/ out to allow easy patty removal; and as it came with papers I stack them below the burger - then I freeze / vac seal them in smaller servings (vac sealing fresh meat patties deforms the patty). The good: clean up is easy, I soak the pieces in hot soapy water then rinse. Economical. The bad: the locking part of the handle/ presser is weak and likely will eventually be sheared off -but at this price point I can live with it. And excuse my ignorance - but I don't follow how to form tiny kid size patties, unless I do it all by hand using the tiny inner ring band. If so that's OK, but not what I expected.

Not as many parts as advertised, however functional for burgers and sliders as well. You'll figure it out. Less 'moving' parts. Works for stuffed burger ideas. Great price. Easy to use and clean. I lightly spray press every few burgers. Papers come in handy for stacking and separating for storing/freezing. Can't wait to experiment with stuffed burgers and creative uniform sliders. Minus one star for unkown quality of plastic and durability.
