I have a 1965 Silvertone 1478 Silhouette guitar. I saw a review where it fit a silvertone. Obviously there are different kinds of silvertones. The parts did not fit with mine. The part that shows looks like it has small moon craters in the metal, but the price is cheap and to return would cost more money. I will keep looking.

Bushings were smaller OD than I thought. Pressed them into 3/8" ID copper tubing and pressed that assembly into the tuner holes in the peg head. Worked fine for an inexpensive guitar setup.

Good product. Fitting these to the headstock was easy. I used a 0.265 inch metal bit clamped in some vise grips to ream the holes by hand. Then a “soft jawed” clamp to press the ferrules into the headstock. Tuning is easier now because there isn’t nearly as much stick slip between the string pin and the wood of the headstock with these ferrules installed.
