2010 GMC 3500 dually. I couldn't get my upper A arms in my shop press. This kit was the cure. There are still other shop tools neede to get the job done and not destroy the new bushings. Clean the bushing holes thoroughly with a die grinder with a cylindrical sanding pad. Grease bushing and the bushing holes. Set up to begin pressing. Once it gets pressed in a little over half way, it's going to bind and stop. This is the point where you will apply heat to the outer A arm bushing reciever very carefully. Get it hot, but not so hot it melts the bushing. Once it's hot, the remainder of the bushing will squeak in like butter. I used 18" cresent wrenches to turn the nuts. Make sure to lubricate the acme bolt and oil the bearings on the bolts. I'm glad I'm halfway done with this task! At one point I thought the acme rod was going to break, but it held up and the threads still look new. No galling or binding. I'm glad I now own this tool as part of my shop.

First impression steel collars and good thickness. It's more than I expected. Kit is heavy. Lots of size options. As mentioned in other reviews use grease on threads and thrush bearing washers. I will update my review if it's junk. But so far for the price looks like a great kit for the money. It takes allot of time to make these pieces on a lathe or find at the hardware store. Probably money well spent. Probably useful for many jobs.

Half expected the nuts to be 24mm, but they were all 27mm. So buy a 27mm ratcheting wrench if you don't already have one. Major time saver. Used this kit on a 2023 X3M and a 2012 E92 M3 differential bushings. Worked great.

je mais 4 étoiles pour dire que la qualité de la mallette et médiocre l emballage été nickel mais la boite et casser en extérieur et a l intérieur je pence que je suis pas le seul a avoir u se problème sachant quelle et très lourde et que dans le contenaire les une par dessus les autres forcement la dernière prend cher vue le poids a par sa bon produit et pas trop chers j ai vue la même chez CLAS a 179 euro hors taxe et ses la même mallette ranger pareille peut être que celle ci et plus costaud je parle de la mallette bien sur

JUNK- Used 1 Time and the all thread stripped trying to push in bushing- Sent back to seller and was told had to wait weeks to get refund. The item was retuned 7-12-22 I contacted customer support 3 times and finally today(7-27-22) customer support issued a refund since the seller would not refund even after received the broken part back over 2 weeks. DONT BUY from seller.
