  • Please fill the tank with water to the max line, choose the lowest mist level, and turn off the warm mist.

  • Pressing, pushing, or holding the power button won't work. Simply tap should function properly. If unsuccessful, try tapping near the button icon.

  • This is completely normal. Water flowing from the tank to the base after filling is part of the humidifier's standard operation.

  • The temperature felt at the nozzle may be lower than the actual temperature. Actually water has been heated inside the base chamber. Selecting the High mist setting will increase the temperature. (Note: Warm mist can not raise room temperature.)

  • 1. Before first use, check proper installation and smooth operation of the water outlet valve and float; 2. Clean the water outlet valve and water filter sponge regularly.

We use this small unit in our dining room/kitchen area. It works surprisingly well for such a small unit. It has been challenging to get the humidity level up. This unit raises the level several percentage points. Remind you it is a large unenclosed area. That said, I think it works well. The "warm" mist is relative. Does not feel warm until you don't use it and there is a difference. Don't use any oils of scents, so can not speak to that option.Easy to clean, easy to fill, easy to use.

This water distiller works great. You’ll be amazed how much comes out of your water. It’s made with quality materials. So far have made 5 gal of distill water. Water tastes great and so good for you.You must clean it after every use but just keep everything you need right at the sink and it’s a breeze. The top half doesn’t get grimy and I just wipe it dry. I don’t use the charcoal filter but it’s a preference thing. The bottom looks really messy and is messy but you sprinkle 1 tsp of citric acid at the bottom, add just enough tap water to cover the bottom then take a dish rag and it all comes off easily. Clean it and rinse it. Citric acid is very safe. I buy it to clean with and also put it in my juice drinks for a tart flavor.I scrub the brown stuff on the bottom, after I’ve cleaned it all out, with #00 steel wool (very fine) and citric acid and it cleans up great. Don’t use any steel wool or you’ll scratch it up.**Remember to plug in BOTH plugs into the machine. I forgot to plug in the top to the bottom and you’ll have a mess.

I have had many humidifiers of different types over the years. This one is the best I have owned.PROS: can select ultrasonic only, or heat plus ultrasonic (I prefer both); good vapor output; large capacity (will last overnight with good output), no mandatory indicator lights (but you can choose to activate a soothing nightlight); can fill from the top or by removing the tank; quiet; not overly warm even with the heat optionCONS: as with all ultrasonic humidifiers, any minerals in the water will end up on room surfaces, but this depends how pure your water supply is--steam humidifiers won't do that at all, but they use far more energy and get quite warm, and sometimes noisy; vapor can't be directed much, but that is a very minor complaint. If you have dry air (particularly a problem in winter), or take medications that produce dry mouth, or asthma with thick mucus production, these devices are very helpful (I am a retired medical doctor). To prevent mineral dust on surfaces, use distilled or deionized water. If your tap water is fairly pure, you can get away with slightly more frequent dusting.

While I tried to fit the filter-it tore, instruction manual is very complex. Now I have to buy another filter for this humidifier or else I can't use it.It looks nice and compact.

Product worked well initially, for several months in fact. But now it has stopped working completely. Reservoir is full but the digital panel displays the "LJ" empty error. Avoid this product if you can.The vendor was responsive and reached out to me to handle my concerns with understanding and professionalism. I appreciate the great customer service offered and am grateful to them for taking steps to resolve my issues promptly.

The last humidifier I bought was in 1975 so I needed an upgrade. This one is easy to use and clean and lasts for several hours without a refill. The price was fair for the product! I like that there are different levels of humidity expelled and it runs quietly.

Cool mist - works well.Warm mist - it heats the water and then blows out in cool mist mode. It doesn't boil water to give out hot steam. So this process takes time to give warm mist.It is a little noisy for me in certain modes. At high flow mode it is not noisy. But this may be unique to my unit.Has a bunch of good functions.Recommend to buy.

This really helps put moisture into the bedroom especially now with the heat on. Control features are easy to use. Very quiet, sleek white design and holds quite a bit of water that last sever night.

I bought this humidifier for the warm mist. But warm mist doesn even work it’s like lukewarm. I didn’t feel a difference while using it so I’m returning it.

The error means "no water" despite it being full. From what I can gather, the float is supposed to open and close a valve on the bottom of the tank, but it doesn't always work for some reason the first night I tried using it, the thing wouldn't drain *any* water out of the valve. I thought the valve was bad, so I played with it and it leaked water all over the place. Btw designing it so you can't put the 6L tank down is a genius move by the engineering team, I tell you. Anyhow, I wiggled around the float and it worked fine for the first night. Second night, I wake up to it 2/3 full and not running. I turn it back on and it worked fine the rest of the night. Third night, it only runs for 30 minutess at a time before telling me that it's out of water, despite being full.I just want to sleep. Now I'm staying awake, staring at this goofy display that shuts itself off so I can't tell if it's running unless the light hits the steam just right.Btw, adding an auto cycling RGB light in the body is tacky. If you could make it stay on one color, that'd be cool. If it indicated warm or cool mist, that'd be cool if it turned off or blinked when it had an error, that'd be useful. But it's just a tacky RGB night light inside of a water tank. It doesn't look good or work well.
