We began using this 11/3/2024. Not long afterwards, we noticed white dust on EVERYTHING. Even our furnace filter got overloaded, and our heating cycle was disrupted! We kept cleaning our house thinking it was regular dust. Then husband searches on internet for causes of white dust. It was this humidifier! So he purchased these special water filters that the site suggested for this problem. They did not change anything. By the time we realized the entire problem lay in the humidifier itself, we had missed the window to return. Word to the wise: The moment you notice white dust everywhere - RETURN IT

Great humidifier for large rooms, tank lasts about a day or two before needing to be refilled but it keeps my downstairs at 45 very consistently.

Works great!! Love that it holds over 2 gallons of water. You can also change between cool and warm mist.

I recently purchased the 10L floor-standing cool and warm mist humidifier, and it has made a noticeable improvement in the air quality and humidity levels in my home.First, the design is sleek and modern, blending effortlessly with my decor. The large 10L tank is a huge convenience; it lasts for a couple of days on a single fill, which perfectly suits my busy lifestyle and minimizes refill frequency.The dual cool and warm mist functions are outstanding. I love being able to switch between them depending on the season and my comfort needs. The warm mist feature adds extra comfort during cold months, while the cool mist is refreshing in the summer.The humidifier operates quietly, making it perfect for the bedroom. I barely notice it running at night, yet I wake up feeling more refreshed and breathing easier. I have a few tabletop humidifiers but not a floor standing one. This humidifier is convenient when you need one in the middle of a floor for a large room. I use it in my basement.The top load feature is quite convenient. Just need to flip up the lid and pour in water. However, the opening has a high divider in the middle so filling water is susceptible to spilling. You need to aim at one of the two hollow corners.The swivel for the mist direction works well. It does shoot the mist high up about 2 to 3 feet. The mist level and humidity settings do not retain between uses. They always return to the default settings on the next power on: High mist and 45% humidity.There is a setting for light to check the water reservoir level but it is not very bright. Plus the see-through panel is also very small and short, not the full length of the water reservoir .There is a timer feature which allows you to set it for auto shutoff. This is very convenient and the hours you can set is up to 24 hours. However, if you accidentally set it on, you need to cycle through from 1 to 24 until it is set to off. There is no quick setting to set the timer off.The humidifier has a touch panel so you don’t need to have the remote to operate. This is nice in case you misplace your remote. The remote has an extra button for Color Light which does not do anything. I think it must have been for a different model since the product description shows a different remote with 7 buttons instead of 8 for the one I have.Overall, this is a nice working floor standing humidifier and runs very quietly. Works well for a large room.
