Set these on the griddle while warming up, and they worked perfectly! They make McDonald's-style eggs that are great for sandwiches and look clean and professional. I recommend spraying with non-stick spray or butter first for the best results. Dishwasher safe. Solid addition to the kitchen.

This is a nifty idea. I used these today to make pancake and eggs. The smallest one is great for eggs, I used it to make an over-easy egg, just crack it into the center and flip it with a spatula once it is cooked a little. Then leave it until it is done to your liking. I used the medium sized one to make pancakes...actually pancake. I filled the ring a bit too high and used all the batter meant for 3-4 pancakes, which made for some messy flipping. There were no instructions, some guidance on how high to fill might have been useful, but that's OK. Next time I won't fill it so much. Pancake still turned out good, and mostly round. Once I perfect my technique, they'll be perfect. The set also comes with a handy egg separator and a brush to oil the pan/ring. I love that the rings keep my food the right shape and size, and I can cook everything together in a big pan without it touching. Win/win!
