Worked perfectly with a spray of oil on the metal frames. Once it was set, egg fell right out of 'ring' and made it easy to flip!

YOUR PAN MAY NOT BE TRUELY FLAT AND SOME SEEPAGE MAY OCCURE SO POUR A SMALL AMOUNT OF RAW EGGS CLOSE TO THE SIDE AND COOK INTO A DAM COOKS SEALING THE SIDES,THEN ADD THE REMAINDER! YOU WILL HAVE TO WORK ON THETIMING WHEN TO FILP AND WHEN TO ADD THE EXTRAS?GIVE IT AT LEAST A DOZEN AND YOU REACH YOUR BEST RESULTS! HAVE FUN AND GREAT EGG SANDWICH!

These square egg molds are sturdy. I put two eggs in one mold, for a sandwich, and it works great.

I like a nice breakfast sandwich - particularly egg! I've got the round version for English muffin sandwiches but wanted something a bit bigger for bread and this really does the trick! The eggs leak a tiny bit but that may be the pan not being completely flat. I butter the inside of the mold and the pan and break the eggs (2 eggs for me) in and in a couple of minutes remove the form, scoop the eggs, pop them on my bread and breakfast is ready. I'm going to do a tomato omelette sandwich today. Simple cooking tools that will be used regularly!

These are good quality egg rings, which are square. The shape and size is perfect for making an egg sandwich for sliced bread or toast.The handles fold down completely flat for easy storage, and have a silicone grip to protect hands from burns.There is a nonstick coating on the rings to prevent sticking, and a quick spray of "Pam" cooking spray is a good idea, or use the included silicone brush to evenly coat the pan and rings with vegetable oil.One ring sits perfectly flat, and the other has a very slight wobble, but both will work fine when cooking an egg.The package included 2 square egg rings, a small silicone brush, and an egg yolk separator.Reasonably priced, and fairly good quality, these are easy to recommend.
