We use this item for several things but mainly for applying mouth rinse to our dogs teeth. It works well since they don't like sprays, etc

These were a life saver, they were long enough to easily go into my belly button wound depth after my Ostomy.Used these for cleaning my belly button wound. Even though these had wooden stem/sticks, the stick was not very strong. Any pressure on the wooden stick part and the stick broke.However, Yes, I would absolutely purchase these again. As the length of the stick/stem makes these easy to use and fit into a variety of wound depths.PRO’s:Wooden Stick not flimsy Plastic;Thickness of the Tip can hold liquids/cream medications;Length of Stem/Stick makes it fit in most wound depths.CON’s:The wooden stem/stick breaks if any pressure is applied;Cost per Quantity is a bit expensive.

I was surprised at how large the tips are! These swabs will work great for my large dog’s ears, but absolutely not for the toy pups. They are well made and I will put them to good use.

These buds are ok, suit the purpose of what they’re needed for however they are not as pictured, I was expecting as pictured with a thicker more oval cotton coverage of the tip, instead they are more pointed like a make up cotton tip. They ok but would have like a bit more padding of the tip

These cotton swabs are not as advertised. The cotton in the image advertising the product is not what I received. Instead, they are a thin swab with not very much cotton. Not as plump as what is shown on the product listing unfortunately.

I came across these extra fuzzy swabs on Amazon and immediately ordered. I have now reordered about 7 times! They are wonderful for household products or for personal care. Anything from cleaning small crevices to applying ointment. Definitely a sold customer here!

These far surpass most cleaning swabs on account of their increased cotton volume and stiffer handle. I found that I mostly only used the bottom 1/4th of the swab - not all that much different from a regular cotton swab - but there are many use cases where the sides could be employed as well, and I found the extra volume allowed me to transport extra IPA or other cleaning solution, as needed. I use these for household and electronic cleaning, not pets, and the larger swap paired with the stiffer handle means cleaning dust out of narrow spaces is much quicker and more satisfying a process.They aren't as absorbent as I'd expect. I think the density which makes them durable enough to clean rough surfaces works against them in this regard. You can soak them in solution to clean, but they aren't good at absorbing moisture or droplets on contact.I would not recommend you use these for human ears. For cleaning everything else, though, certainly.

I’ve been using these swabs to clean out dust and dirt from my electronics where the additional cotton makes the cleaning quicker than regular Q-tips. The stick is reasonably durable and has survived medium/light pressure due to having to scrub grime. The cotton tip itself did not visibly leave residue on any items after being soaked in alcohol and used to lightly scrub items.Overall a very good quality for the price

I am about to sing you the love song of a girl that is obsessed with these cotton swabs and yes, I feel absolutely ridiculous about it.Let’s start with my last cotton swab experience. They were a name brand with a cardboard stick. The tips were very plush, so in addition to the cardboard stick bending easily while I was trying to get in there and clean my ears, the fluffy cotton tip wouldn’t hold together and my ears didn’t feel any cleaner.I have freakishly clean ears naturally. I’ve seen videos of people getting their ears cleaned professionally and been so jealous because doctors have looked in my ears before and it’s just a healthy, waxless ear canal. Even if there’s nothing to swab out, the old box of cotton swabs (which by the way were like a 2000 count and took me years to go through...) left me feeling like they weren’t doing a good job.So I started shopping. Plastic handles might be mite rigid, but I just envisioned my used swabs being toted around my seahorses. I couldn’t contribute to that...Enter the wooden handle cotton swabs 😍Sturdy wooden stick. I can scrape the crap out of my ear-hole without the stick bending.Cotton tip, but the perfect amount — these don’t unravel or disappoint in any way.So the good news is I love these cotton swabs and will continue to buy. And the even better news, if you try them and don’t like them, you won’t be stuck with a 10-year supply.
