It would be the same item missing from the box I received .Did not receive the hemostats that are needed for the actual pulling of hair... Found an old pair but that is not the point of getting what I paid for ..Powder works very well clipper works very well especially around eyes and mouth.

I was so scared to do this! I watched a video on YouTube and this worked perfectly! I did my 2 dogs (schnauzers) ears and they just sat there. It was super easy! Thank you! One of my schnauzers has been getting ear infections since we switched groomers. Now I will be doing this, so I think we'll be fine! Great product! Look up a video for instruction!

Bought this to use on my cavapoo dog when getting hair out of her ears and works amazing adds more grip to hair when trying to remove it and dries up any moisture in the ear wish I would have found it a long time ago still prefer using my finger when removing hair instead of sharp objects but highly recommend found this item watching a groomer on u tube use it on the dogs she grooms

This is an absolute game changer. It makes it so easy to get hair out of your dog's ears, especially if there is excessive hair/fur like in Portuguese Water dogs. The handy hemostat also works well if you don't want to use your fingers. Ordered this set early evening, it arrived early afternoon the next day.

Wonderful tool to have in your dog grooming arsenal. The powder really clings on to hair and the tweezers grips well. 1st use was effortless and effective.

After adding enough powder so that there was no ear hair remaining without powder on it, I folded my poodle's ears over so that I could massage them, to spread the powder. I plucked bits of hair out, with a twist, as I pulled. The dog will tolerate the ear plucking, if you don't pull too much at a time. I was amazed at how much came out, along with the ear wax. I didn't even have to use the hemostats this first time, although I will next time. Once finished with the powder, I wipe the ears down with Amazon's Veterinary Formula Ear Therapy liquid, using cotton pulled loose on Q-Tips. Amazing. Love both products.

I am testing it with my dogs. I wasnāt able to pull a chunk of inner ear hairs like the photos have shown. But the ears are dry, not wet creating more bacteria.
