It is not capable of 30 amps! It overheat heavily and died within minutes while only handling 10 amps. Terrible product.

I use these with an Arduino nano to control DC water pumps. PWM can control pump output needed.

Of course the first one I ever used had one defective MOSFET that always passed full current. If it wasn't the first one I would not have wasted so much time trying to figure out why NONE of my control circuits were working.Note To Self: New = Untested SuspectThe others were fine, and I even figured out which MOSFET was bad on the first one and cut the leads (now it's a 15amp module I guess) Otherwise, works as advertised!

Great for one-off projects or lab use to drive lights, fans, relays, or other moderate current loads using logic levels (from an Arduino, etc).

First off, I see no issue with the soldering. Each component is correctly soldered on in the correct place. Second, yes, ground is switched, as you can see on the backside. This module allowed me to take the pwm signal from an ESP32 and make it work for 12V white LED lights using WLED. Easy to connect, very straight forward. 10/10

Take this with a grain of salt because I am not an EE, but I was not able to drive this with software PWM from an esp32 at 3.3v, I had to add a transistor switching 5v to get there. Then I tried to configure this for 10khz pwm (to eliminate audible artifacts of the solenoid I was driving) and it would just latch on at full power, despite a clean looking PWM output according to the scope. Disappointing because this dramatically increased my part count for what I was hoping would be a straight forward project
