Worked well especially given the price.

I have a spring loaded chuck I used with this engraving bit that achieved the results in my attached image. They are sharp and will last for a few pcbs until I noticed some burring and have to change them out. For the price they work well.

I used this bit to cut 1mm thick anodized aluminum sheet. Cut time was over 3 hours. This bit did not lose sharpness and gave a clean cut with minimal bur. I also used it to cut 1mm bronze plate with same results, the technique is to use the recommended cutting parameters.I used 18000 RPM, Feed Rate 1 mm / Sec, Plunge rate 2 mm / sec, keep the bit lubricated with drops of oil. I do not have a mechanism of continuous cutting fluid but use cutting oil drops on the cutting track, it works out. Hope this helps for craftsmen. Make sure the plate is secure and does not vibrate ,else the bit will break.

I used them on 3018 with and even 50 X-Y feedrate and 10 Z feedrate to cut -0.05 mm PCB board and they broke at just the starting of the job. Piece of junk. Don’t waste your money.

These end mills perform fantastically if you don't abuse them. Great for small details in soft metals.

This end mill cuts every bit as good as some $60+ tools I have at work. I bought these for a personal project as I won't risk breaking work tools and having to replace them at their cost. I might use their 1/2" or 1/4" end and ball mills, but something this small is simply going to break at some point... but I haven't reached that point yet. I have cut 6061 and like aluminum, 360 brass, and some 145 copper. Obviously going slow and using small stepdowns/stepovers, but I don't cut conservatively within that envelope and these are still going strong. They aren't in the quality class of some of the high end tools out there, but they're also less than 1/10th of that price. Watch what you want to cut with them and they won't disappoint.

Cuts really nice. They are also very durable, which is more than you can say about similar end mills from other manufacturers.
