Excellent longbow.Tillered perfectly. Its fast, accurate and quiet with string silencers. No handshock.Simple as that. Its just a great bow.I cut all my bows past center when I get them so that the arrow runs in line with the string when centered on the limbs.Makes them tons easier to tune as thats how a bow should be.It cannot be done by a manufacturer because of people shooting different diameter arrows.

I've shot hundreds, if not thousands of arrows through this bow now and I can honestly say for the price it's an amazing bow. I've got a few bows that were alot more expensive from "better" makers but I've fallen in love with this thing. It has become my primary hunting bow, 45lb bow shoots 550gr arrows at arould 170 fps. Fantastic for the price!

I have purchased a number of bows over the years and I have to say this bow is pretty nice. To be clear this bow is not going to win you a gold medal at the Olympics. It might get you dinner if in a pinch. But or a day at the range just having fun with bare bow archery. This bow is almost perfect for the task.

I've had my 50 lbs bow 1 1/2 years now. Was in great condition when I got it. It has held up well, shoots great, and has good speed, even with a dacron string, which is quieter. Regardless of the cheap accessories, it is definitely worth the price, and every bit as good as my more expensive bows.

I own 4 “custom built” traditional bows plus several more production bows that average 3x the price of this KAINOKAI. I saw this bow while searching for arrow building components. I looked at the pictures and read the reviews and thought this would be a fun little “project bow.” Initial impression is, this is a beautiful lil bow. The one I received was every bit as clean and pretty as the pictures here on Amazon. I purchased a 45#@28” model and my bow draws 45#@27”. Which is within standard weight variance of most “production line” bows from any manufacture. The bow’s tiller was spot on so I had no worries of poor arrow flight. The included string is JUNK. I immediately tied a 14 strand D97 string and started shooting this lil Gem of a bow. Once I had shot the creep out of my new string I attached yarn balls and installed my nocking point. Within a couple hours I had an arrow tuned and was centering the bullseye at 20 yards with a 190 grain 1-9/16” Broadhead! To say I’m pleasantly surprised and impressed would be an understatement.I haven’t shot through my chrony yet, but feel confident this lil bow is shooting a 10 gpp arrow at 160 + FPS.I will update my review if any ‘unpleasant” changes occur, but as of right now I would certainly recommend this lil bow to anyone looking to get their feet wet in traditional archery. If the bulk of these bows are as nice as mine then you won’t find more “bang” for your buck anywhere else, and I would not be afraid to head to the Whitetail woods with this as my weapon! Good luck all be safe and may your arrows fly true!

This bow was designed by knowledgeable engineers that undressed very well the laws of physics .. the limbs are perfectly curved to distribute the pressure evenly throughout every inch of the bow.. not like the traditional recurves that are very bent only at the end. . The first shot I took. I noticed the perfect balance, incredible speed and accuracy .. truly one of the best bows I own, and I got good ones, … finally the brand that made it has made a bow , that is really worth the money, … buy it you will remember me,

This bow is spot on with regard to weight. Has very low grip which is fine for me some may prefer a higher grip. The bow settled in at 7 3/4" Brace Height. Shoots 585 grain arrows at 140fps with a true AMO 28" draw that I am. Finish is as good as a Bear bow but not like a Shrew. It is surprisingly well made and should last. Shoots consistently if you do so arrows group well. String is garbage so I put on a flemish D97 (Iake my own) overall I highly recommend this bow. I shoot 150 or so arrows a day every day so let see if it stays laminated.
