Does not stay on very well. I had a professional PT person put mine on. It came off within two days. Even with using SurePrep

I have to say that I tried several brands of this type of tape. Expensive name brand. Medium cost brands and this tape. I found no difference in any of the tapes. I wear this on my knee and trim my own tape edges. I have worn this in the shower and it works fine afterwards. It lasts for several days. What I have found with all the tapes I have tried is that depending on the fabric of the pants or clothing I wear over my knee, the tape sticks to some fabrics more than others . But this is the same problem with all the different brands of tapes I have used. In my opinion, the cost of this tape compared to other brands makes this a good deal. No tape is perfect. But the price is right and this tape performs just like the other tapes I have used.

My expectations were but not super high at all but it was worse than I had expected. Will not stay on. Especially on the ends…. Could not wear it for more than 30 seconds without it coming off fought with it all day!!!!! Waste of money!!!!! Spend a little extra on a quality product. I understand everyone is different but it also caused a reaction with itching and a skin irritation type rash!!!! So sick of wasting money for subpar products that can’t be returned when they suck!!!!

I have carpel tunnel and nerve damage. I wrap my wrist everyday i work out. U just need to pull up and watch video for whatever part of body that's strained. Easy to use. I have actually put off getting surgery due to this tape, affordable. I don't have pain if I use this when I workout or do projects.

This tape works great to keep my mouth closed while I'm sleeping with my nasal sleep apnea mask. Don't waste spending extra money on pre-cut "Hostage" type tape, because this works the same way. You can cut them to fit to your mouth area and I have a goatee and I can custom fit them so my facial hair doesn't get pulled. I can still breathe through my mouth with the tape on and I slightly open my mouth when applying it so I can talk to my girlfriend and it allows me to also breathe a little better through the tape if I need to.

Love this stuff!!! It works exactly the same as kt tape but it seems to shrink & stretch slightly more than kt tape but for me, that’s not an issue. It doesn’t hold up in water but the kt tape didn’t for me either. It helps ease the pain of achy muscles. The value is insane compared to the cost! It’s the cheapest I’ve found it so far and its differences from kt tape are so minimal that it’s a no brainer! Love love love this stuff and will definitely be buying some more when my supply runs out!
