Made my tunes up on my vehicles so much easier to remove the spark plugs.

I don’t know why i didn’t switch to magnetic spark plug sockets sooner, have not any issues with removing or installing spark plugs as far as plugs falling out of these sockets, definitely recommend spending a little more on magnetic than the other style with the rubber

I was using the old style with rubber inside, these are so much easier. Definitely makes spark plug removal and install a breeze.

Thin wall sockets are so useful to have around for so many different applications, not just spark plugs, yet few people own them because they’ve already invested money in socket sets that don’t include thin walls due to their specificity. If you’re a shade tree mechanic, having a set of thin wall sockets around will really save you one day.The magnet is suitable in strength to hold a spark plug as well as any other fastener I’ve placed inside them. Having both SAE and metric available in one kit is very convenient. The sockets fit onto my drivers easily and don’t fall off accidentally. The lettering on the sockets is large and very easy to read.My only complaint is the hinge on the carrying case. The plastic hinge will inevitably crack and break, especially in cold weather. Would really like to see a hinge with a pin, but that’s a pretty minor issue.

Seems to be made well for the price. Nice to have all sizes in one place. Sem to function as they should. Magnet strength is ok. Not used to the magnet in my old one so nice addition.

It’s a good set that is not too expensive. It does the job, and made well.

This is a nice compact set. All the sockets you need for spark plugs, and only spark plugs, in one small package that you can take out only when dealing with spark plugs... Nice that the metric and imperial are together in one box.I am not normally a fan of 12 point sockets, but given the way some motors are making their spark plugs have so little access to them, these are super handy on hard to get at plugs... even if you're down to only 30 degrees of access, you can always get it locked on... Plus you never need too much pressure with sparkplugs, so 12 point doesn't have it's normal drawbacks. They have a collar inside of them, which will help keep the socket straight, reducing the chance of cross threading when putting them in, but also will help protect the plug from bouncing around when taking them out.The metal is certainly strong enough to hold up to any type of torque you could use with sparkplugs. The case they come in is quite durable, and the latch looks like it will hold up for a while... and even has an arrow on it so you down open upside down and dump things out. They fit my 3/8 ratchet perfect, no wiggle no fight to get on and off.The size is written in a font that is large enough for old eyes to read. This is the perfect set to keep around if you have a variety of machines you have to service.
