Great addition to BBQ season and beyond. U can grill your vegggies , meats , etc and transfer directly the underlying pan provided. ( it does come with transfer hooks) Fantastic way to separate 3 different types of foods. My only wish is that it came with some sort of top but u can always just use foil. Great purchase

I put this on top rail of gas grill with water in the bottom. Grill gets 450-550 F. Other people talk about bending and warpage. I haven’t had that problem maybe because it’s not directly over a flame and or because I fill the bottom with water. I’ve steamed vegetables, small appetizers in the top. The handle allows you to lift each section out as needed. Clean up very easy. I spray a light coating of canola oil on the grated pans.
