Easy to remove and so easier to remove ash! I would buy again but I think this one will last many many years. I would recommend for sure.Price is a really good buy.

I have a large Grill Dome smoker/grill and this basket is a perfect fit. There is about 1/2 inch of space between the bottom of the basket and the ceramic bottom of the Grill Dome. Perfect for air circulation.Heavy duty SS basket, handle, half the price and zero freight versus the one I bought from Grill Dome that wasn’t stainless that rotted out in a couple of years.All good - thanks!

I bought this for an Akorn kamado and it fits perfect. I can still fit the smoking stone on top of it, and the porcelain coating is thick and has so far held up well to heat. Best of all I don’t have to worry about rust. Love this basket. Far far superior to any others I have owned.

This ash basket helps removing lump charcoal that is still good and filters out ash and smaller charcoal that is no longer usable and it works great and especially when used along with an ash can, so check them out as well. I went from taking 30+ mins to clean out my BGE to now 10 mins when using the ash basket and ash can together, plus it saves me on coal usage!

It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Makes it easy and convenient to clear out the ash while keeping your reasonably sized lump charcoal ready to add too for your next cook. The ceramic coating is very nice. The only moderate downside I had was my Kamado Joe Classic's searing rack sits on the handles and would hold the rack up about an 1/8 of an inch. Really doesn't affect me much at all, but it might be worth considering if you're using a similar cooker.

This has worked perfect in my classic at a great price compared to others. We have done everything from slow and low all the way up to 800 degree pizzas over the course of the last 3 months with this and there are no signs of weak points. Very happy!

Works nicely makes sifting the ashes out and leaving behind leftover lumps of wood not yet burned ready for the next BBQ. This is more for the 18 inch ceramic grills and not the 22inch I can find at Costco by Louisiana grills which is what I have, also similar to the Pit Boss. It’s simply much smaller than I need as it does not extend out to the edges for maximum wood capacity.On the other hand I was able to do a snake layout of lump wood around the putter edges for a constant 210 degree burn for 4 hours easily. Quality of build is great and is heavy gauge bars all around. Very solid.
