These improve abrasive contact on contours. Excellent for automotive finishing and rounded wood.

They fit my orbital sander and the holes line up correctly so my dust collection will work. They attach to the velcro on the sander quite well and the sandpaper stays on the other side. What more can you ask for? They make sanding non-flat surfaces much easier and quicker than by hand. I've used one of them a couple of times and it still sticks quite well. I really like these.

These were exactly why my husband was looking for it fits his desalt sander perfectly. He did explain the sand paper stuck so well that it was difficult to remove it.

These are good little soft interface pads. They make it easier to sand around corners and edges without leaving a flat surface (good for breaking edges on freshly sawn wood). They fit my Dewalt sander well and allow the air flow through for dust collection. Definitely recommend if you need to soften up the factory hard sanding surface.

Looks to be good quality and value. I haven't used it yet.

As stated in the headline it fit my sander perfectly and the velcro held strong. I paint houses for a living and usually use a palm sander when sanding chair rails, rosettes or other slightly figured trim. I saw this listing and thought I would give this a shot as a random orbital is much easier on the hands. I wasn't sure how well it would work but I was pretty impressed. I was able to sand some beadboard cabinet doors on a built in cabinet as well as some ornamental rosettes in the corners of the door trim. This is a great addition to my tool set and makes my random orbital sander more versatile.

What is reviewed: Crossarctic Mouse Detail Sanding Interface Pad - Hook and Loop Triangle Sanding PadsI'm very happy with these interface pads, but I will get to a problem I ran into (not really the pads fault). They fit perfectly on my Ryobi mouse sander, and performed well for sanding our window sills before putting a new coat of stain on them. The hooks and loops hold the sanding sheets well. And the pads perform well pressing down on the edges of the sanding pad. In fact, I feel these worked better than the original Ryobi pads! The holes lined up fine for dust removal. What is special about this pad over the OEM pad is that you can apply pressure an get in to nooks and crannies that you could not get into with the original pad. The pad contours well to curved surfaces. Now, the problem I ran into. We were working out in the sun on a VERY hot day and it got to 121°F in the sun. It was hot enough to delaminate the hooks from the pad itself (it was just glued). I don't blame this on the pad, it was HOT. We should have moved the tools to the shade. I point this out just for others to be aware.I still strongly recommend these pads for normal sanding use. They work well and they are a good price. In fact, they worked so well, I'm not sure we could have done as nice of a job with the Ryobi OEM pads. These pads really are nicer than the OEM.Hope this helps you understand the pros and cons for this product. And I hope it helps you decide if this product is right for you.
