I would subtract a star from this product, but my complaint with it is kind of specfic, so I won'tThe elbow pads work perfectly, there is nothing I could ask for given its price.However... I feel like they can slightly imrpove the knee joint. Let explain. This knee pad are not flexible enough, meaning whenever you bend your knee inward toward the body, the knee pad slip down toward your toes. The strap stop slipping at the popliteal fossa, but still, this made it so that when you fall off your bike, the metal on this pad won't protect your knee.If you're inflexible, you probably won't see this issue. However, for somone like me, who had to frequently bend down, this is a huge issue. I can do a full ATG squat, so I am more of the flexible side, but still, this is stull a minor point I have to make.

Honestly I was skeptical on these knee guards. I went through a lot of them and returned them. These are really good. Straps are very secure and good protection for small falls in the streets Very comfortable and very secure. I give them a thumbs up and a amazing price 🔥

I returned these after trying them on. They are very bulky and I thought they constricted my movement considerably. They would work really well for motocross as they are made with alloy steel. Should protect well.

Don't like the straps. Good and solid pads though.

I got these pads to use for backyard bmx dirt jumping and mtb downhill riding and they fit great. The plates are durable stainless steel but they are light and comfortable, and stay in place while still being flexible. I can't say I tested them in falls repeatedly but I did fall once and they prevented my forearm & elbow from getting scuffed, and especially protect your knees and shins. Like any pads they tend to get a little sweaty but they're lightweight and a little more breathable than other pads I've had, and they do not restrict movement. The straps are long and can be adjusted to however tight you want. The velcro was a little itchy behind my one knee (I was wearing shorts) but nothing major. Even with all the abuse they stayed in place and did not slip down. They come on & off quite quickly and work just as well over clothes. I did not test them out riding a motorbike but they're great for bicycle stuff. There's no certification or rating so I don't know how well they would prevent broken bones, but I only got them to prevent flesh from scraping the ground and bruising from rocks and roots so if you think you need professional protection, you might need to spend a bit more. I am an adult, I would say these pads would likely be fine for teens but not smaller children.

Just a few days after got these, I cashed my E-bike and a dirt hiking path. I landed on my left left side. This product saved my left knee & elbow. It's now dented from the little rocks on the path. But I am uninjured, and I felt no pain from the impact. I am 68 years old. At my age, broken bones are no joke. All four pieces are comfortable to wear. And they do provide very, very good protection, as my recent crash has demonstrated. Well worth the money.

I like the light weight and how they are designed. Adjustable Velcro straps. The flexibility and light steel plated. Fits with comfort. Suitable for good protection riding any bike or roller blading, street hockey etc. Great product.
