I'm 5'8" and average build. The knee pads work great, but the elbow pads are on the little smaller side, if your wearinga sweaters or jacket. In general the set is comfortable.

Mountain Biking Knee and leg protection. They seem to work pretty well and are a very good value. I do believe they protected me from a worse injury during a pretty bad fall, could be a little bulkier, but all in all I would buy them again

NOT one size fits all. I’m average height, average build with muscle, and the other leg straps will not attach unless they’re stretched to the maximum. Even then, they are way too tight to move in. The arm pads seem good, and the legs have good coverage so I’m going to sew an extra velcro patch on the legs to change their sizing. Moving the Velcro from factory would eliminate this issue.

Bought these for my 12 yr old son to wear while riding his dirt bike. These are a perfect fit, easy to put on, comfortable, and do a great job protecting his body.

The elbows and knee are for using them for mountain biking. They are ok but the knees kept sliding down. I only started using it for a bit the week. Will see if we can keep some adjustments.

These pads are pretty nice. They are well made, and seem to be durable. I did have to make some adjustments to the straps since I couldn't get them tight enough to fit my knees, but once I did they worked great. Ill update when I crash next, and let you know how they held up.

Bought this product for my son. He is very happy with it and fits very nice. He said it’s comfortable, it’s sturdy, and doesn’t bother him when he’s riding his dirt bike. Good value and price.
