I paired this with a 12v power supply and stereo Amp with sub for my Ghostbusters Proton pack Modification. I am using a "Spengler wand" with an output to the amplifier board to these speakers, and a subwoofer I pulled from an old PC, i did have to split the speaker wires in to another molex, but that is not an issue. I then wired through the wand cable, to the proton pack itself so it is Nice And loud! The audio is great from these little speakers! Would be great also for. Bluetooth speaker kit or any project that requires some quality speakers! And these are quality! Zero issues louder than I anticipated!Definitely recommend! I am going to order another set and amp to modify a faux Halloween chainsaw to make it way louder and more realistic!

I got these for a project. I've decided to get the connect connectors for these rather than chop the JST connectors off and use bare wire. So I need to order those, but the description and product label say JST-PH2.5. Well, the PH connector is 2.0mm. A 2.5mm in this style would be the XH connector, correct? I hope that the seller can correct this issue or clarify (if I am correct, of course). However, I don't see a way to get in touch with the seller. They could enable product "questions" on amazon for this purpose.Physically the unit looks good. The housing is rigid plastic and has bevels on the backside, and I'm wondering what product they were designed for.I was able to test with a small USB-powered amp (3w?), but I basically ran out of power to drive these. I had them playing at movie-on-a-laptop levels but I think they could go further. The frequency range is about 75hz to 20khz, and reasonably flat to my ear above 150hz or so.
