The foam feels like gel memory foam and the adhesive is very sticky. I bought this to fill the gap between an 8 inch sub and the body panel in my explorer. I cut both of them to make a 8x8 and it worked perfectly.

The sizing advertised on these was absolutely perfect and the quality of the foam and adhesive is very good. I would definitely use these again in another audio build. So far all the sound coming from all the speakers has been absolutely fine with these in place. They also offer very good protection. Behind the speaker grill everything looks very nice and clean too.

Don’t recommend at all. They are too small to fit the speaker they say they will fit. Save your money .

Used these on my recent speaker install and these are very good quality. Thickness was perfect and adhesion worked very well with no issues! Highly recommended!

Decided to try an upgrade my aftermarket rockford fosgate 6x9 3ways with a little more umph. These delivered, you cab clearly hear more beat for bass after installation. I even took on took of to see if I could tell the difference and wow. Cheap effective way to make your speakers sound a whole lot nicer. Plan on trying the rubber sleeve for front door speakers. These were used in the back of my cab so water wasn't really going to be an issue. But will resort to These if the rubber baffles don't work upfront.

These foam rings significantly improved the overall sound and bass response of my aftermarket rear speakers. They were a perfect fit for the rear speakers in my 2001 forester. I did not have to use adhesive and they seal against the speaker cover perfectly. I didn't end up using the center foam pieces since its pretty tight in the door.

Okay, first let me say that I am an audiophile. I drive many miles a week and listening to great sound is important to me.I have a 2013 Ford Explorer Limited with the premium stereo. I've upgraded all of the speakers, I put sound deadening throughout the car and already loved the sound. However, when playing the music loud, the doors would make noise, it drove me crazy.... So I researched what I could do and saw these on Amazon. For the price I said what can I lose?Well, I lost nothing and gained a lot! After changing all of the speakers including the subwoofer, sound deadening the car, the upgrade sounded amazing, the bass was tighter and I was able to raise the volume without distortion. When I added this, I was surprised, it made the bass more stable, more direct if that makes sense. Before adding this the bass was tight, but airy. This completely took that airy sound away. Now, if you have the power bass Ford speaker upgrade, those already come with a speaker ring attached, I was worried at first but these fit perfectly....Now, the only annoying thing is, and I say this with pure frustration, removing the top film to get to the sticky tape is so freaking frustrating. Thank God I wasn't drunk, so warning, do not drink before Installing these because you will be screaming and cursing. So good luck! With that said, these made a major improvement in my stereo, this is definitely not snake oil! They fit my 6x9's without any issues...
