This bit did not work well on my CNC with cutting 1/16" aluminum. The aluminum fused to the bit, even with conservative feeds/speeds and ruined my project. I returned this product based on it's poor performance.

Great end mill that is working well as I learn to cut 3/16 aluminum on the CNC machine. Still practicing a bit, figuring out the speeds and feed rates, but excellent mill for the price. Also seems to be holding up quite well!

I sent several of these through carbon steel at .010” at a pass on a manual benchtop mill. While some of them broke, they got the job done and I plan on picking up more as extras. For plastics or softer metals these would excel. They also come packaged nicely, each endmill has it’s own plastic holder, and the group are then in a zip seal bag. I recommend !

Endmill is absolutely garbage for aluminum despite the listing saying it is. .5mm step over and it gummed up like in the video right out of the box on some 6061-T6. No idea if it works for steel but, this is not the endmill for aluminum. Would give zero stars if it were possible. Look elsewhere.

I am using this on my homemade CNC mill and it is very sharp. It has been cutting very smooth. It fits well in the collet with no issues. It's been used for many hours and has held up well!

These millends are good quality and do well for my projects I mill on my CNC. I would recommend them.
