This black light works well. I've had a few that were more visible light than UV, but this really gets into the spectrum. Reactive elements light up well. This light is super lightweight. So much so that if it's not mounted, the weight of the cord will shift the light around. The cord weighs more than the light. I wish it had some sort of stand so it could sit on a flat surface and be pointed. As it is, it can be mounted to a wall or ceiling, and that mount allows you to angle it, but can't be angled or set on a flat surface.

This blacklight was super easy to set up and worked perfectly for my glow-in-the-dark party. It really brought the room to life, making all the colors pop and glow just the way I hoped they would. The setup couldn’t have been easier—just plug it in and mount it wherever you want. It gave off plenty of light to cover the space and created a fun, vibrant atmosphere. Definitely a great choice if you’re planning a party or just want to add some glowing effects to a room.

Really great value for the listed price.The light is vibrant and fun!The included remote is convenient, allowing you to mount it on the ceiling if desired. The light is about right for a bedroom, or to be used in conjunction with other lights.Looking forward to my next party!

Cool little blacklight that great for bedrooms and parties. It has a remote which is a plus. Overall I'm happy with this item.

So I got this to use with a UV reactive poster I bought recently because I've tried a handful of different lights that have not been working out for some reason or another. This one is working out the best so far. It comes with two little optional feet that you can mount to a wall and swivel it around to point at the poster however suits you. It's also a good amount brightness

I bought this light with a very specific future event to use it in, making bottles of water glow with highlighter ink (do not drink this water). If that's your project, then this light will work great for you. I could even see using a string of these lights for a better-lit blacklight room. (I don't believe they can be strung together)The remote was not very sensitive; I had to press the power on button a few times before it worked, and there is a separate power switch that you also need to turn on, but once the lights were on, it worked as expected. Power off on the remote was less sensitive.If you are looking for a good little black light for your room, this is a good choice.

This is a stunningly bright light. Only a small fraction of the light is visible as violet, but most is invisible. If you look directly at it you will develop a headache quickly, and looking directly at it for a long time can cause permanent damage, so when you install it make sure it is aimed away from people. You want it aimed toward fluorescent colors. I'm using fluorescent fringe curtains for a party, and this light really makes them glow brightly.Fun fact: laundry detergent contains fluorescent dye. You can use laundry detergent as paint which will be invisible until it is illuminated by a UV light. Makes for a great secret treasure map.

This bar light comes in an extremely lightweight and cheap feeling housing, but the lights themselves are of outstanding quality. The light coming out of this bar is way brighter than I ever expected it to be. Holding it about 2 feet away from the wall it was easily illuminating several pieces of children's artwork with full normal lighting on in the same and adjoining rooms. I have every confidence that I will be able to fully illuminate my glow-in-the-dark full wall Halloween mural with just this one bar light. Excellent bang for the buck.
