Put some pep in my old Dell laptop that I use for editing/storing a lot of photos. Charged up fast. fit my old Dell just fine and it was delivered fast. I'd not accessed the laptop for a few months and wanted to search for some old photos shot at company parties - lo and behold a fully charged battery (original equipment) drained so fast I was shocked! A tiny message popped up "you may want to consider replacing battery". LOL Panic time. Checked the stats and product number and headed to Amazon and of course everything is on Amazon so no problem. Battery arrived next day (reasonable price) along with basic instructions for installing and charging up. It works! Problem solved! Was able to access my old photos and found exactly what I was looking for. Yes I also have a nice, new company-provided laptop but I like to use my heavy, much older Dell to organize/edit my photos before transferring to my portable hard drives. This replacement battery was a laptop-lifesaver, and you can't ask more than that.

My wife's Dell Inspiron laptop's battery died after more than 8 years. The computer was still working fine and suited her needs to get news and emails online. After doing research on merits/wisdom of fixing an 8 year-old laptop PC, I found several battery replacement options on Amazon. I bought one that cost about $26, there were others at lower prices and higher prices. Based on many good reviews, I selected this one. It arrived as advertised and looked identical to the original Dell battery. The old battery comes out very easily and the new one goes in the same...all without tools...very easy! In order to condition the new battery, I followed the instructions on running through 3 or 4 charge/discharge cycles. The new battery works great and it looks like it holds a charge for about 7 hours of use. I am very happy with this purchase.
