I like this product. The value is enhanced by the quality and design. Very accurate. The paper is crisp, holding up well. The front is a bit glossy, so the back is easier to glue to. Also the thread sewing the shapes together needs to be kept about arm length at most so it doesn’t abrade on the edges and break. There is a handy center hole in each paper to catch for easy removal by needle or even crochet hook. The basted shapes fit nicely into the package. I wish they were offered as a separate product for organization and storage of pieces. Clear would be great for that! The blocks lay out nice and flat when assembled because the paper is substantial enough to be a bit rigid making viewing the block easier as a whole. They can also be cut into 3 diamonds if desired for edges -just not cut with the fabric scissors! Lol…Now I need more fabric! This is a soothing creative and addictive hobby. More shapes and sizes would be welcome. Since the paper is more rigid, smaller pieces would be more manageable. A 1” square would allow me to do that postage stamp quilt that would be harder with softer paper. Right now Grandma’s flower garden is getting very big!

Perfect material for both thread & glue basting for EPP. They pop out easily & will use again. They are true to size & easy to use. Good thickness for the paper for EPP sturdiness.

Too thick to sew through but I like to baste each corner, so they are perfect for me.

Came here to write a review and order more! I am new to English paper piecing and I love love love these templates!! The card stock is a perfect weight for me- strong enough to hold the shape, yet I can bend and fold if I need to when sewing the pieces together. Each template is precisely the same size as the last making joining the pieces easy. I glue baste the fabric with Elmer’s glue stick or a Sewline glue pen and it sticks beautifully. The one thing I will say is that I have not yet tried to take the paper out of the fabric so I can’t comment on how that goes. I’m hoping the little hole in the middle will facilitate that. I don’t anticipate reusing these templates but it would be a a nice bonus if that happens.

These are very good, don't get me wrong. The size is accurate, all are consistently cut, the box is very handy, they are sturdy paper, too.My only tiny complaint is how sturdy they are. I bought Sue Daley ones and they are sturdy but give enough for when I'm doing the y seam whereas this brand is too stiff/sturdy and so requires my fingers to strain to do the y joint. Clips help but it's still a bit of a fight. See pic of this brand bent to do the y joint (it barely bends) vs the pic of Sue Daley (no hole in it) one bends easily and is still study.

Reviews for similar items indicate the lack of accuracy in the sizes and shapes, so I was leery of buying these templates. I figured I would at least get 100 or so of proper size and shaped templates, so the money spent was still worth the investment. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that ALL of the templates were cut accurately, ALL the same size and shape. The templates are thick, sturdy, already have holes for easy removal and can be used multiple times. I will be ordering another set for future projects..
