Rulers are of good quality but as it is my first time , instructions are not incredibly helpful especially if using a sewing machine. Another big issue I’m have the eyes are not safety eyes they need to be glued. Not safe for my grandchildren. I had to purchase safety eyes set from Amazon. Just FYI

Nice quality acrylic templates. Have not used them yet, the directions seem to be relatively simple to follow. Look forward to using soon! All came in one thin box that I’ve written on the side of the box “bear template” and it fits nicely on bookshelf, keep the pieces together nicely. Like how they are marked clearly and how many to cut, reverse cut is marked as well

Really easy to use, pattern material is great for reuse, need more detailed assembling instructions for beginners.

The directions are very basic. Since I have made bears before I had no problems but they do not show how things go together just sewing lines.

Not for beginners! The written pattern instructions were difficult to read and did not make sense. The pictures in the pattern pamphlet have pieces incorrectly positioned, and incredibly small. Making the written instructions wrong and confusing. I was also missing pieces of the pattern. Pictures posted compared to a quarter how small the actual photo instructions are, along with the incorrect pieces to sew.

I haven't made a bear yet, but the templates are decent quality. I'd estimate the thickness and sturdiness of the templates as being similar to my omnigrid squares. I'm deducting a star because the smoothness of the edges isn't as nice as other rulers/squares, but still acceptable. I wish the notches on the templates were omitted so I could cut around them using my rotary blade without tracing the patterns onto the fabric. Again, it is still acceptable and useable as-is, but for those used to sewing the notches aren't really necessary. The set comes with directions which are easy to follow. I really like that they have a photo of the exact templates to use with each step along with the fabric pieces and lines indicating where to sew. The kit also comes with 4 eyes, but no tips/directions on how to install them. Overall, it is a decent kit.
