Although this office chair took an hour to install, it was all worth it because it is very comfortable, the leather is soft and beautiful, and you can lie down and sleep. I have never seen such a function on other chairs. It is perfect. I want to buy another one. Every time I stretch my legs, it is like a pleasure. It is so comfortable to sleep on it after work.

Easy to put together, comfortable, my only thing is the base that holds the foot up. After less than a week on side started to pop off from the base. Can’t fix it either because it’s cracked through the plastic part. Other than that it’s a good chair

So the chair was easy to put together. It's really nice and cushiony. It seems well made. I love the reclining feature. My issue is with the size of it. It's huge. But more importantly, the seat is really big/long. When I sit in it, it's longer than my legs, so the end hits just past my knees. Therefore, my legs are kind of sticking out, and my feet don't touch the ground. I have normal size legs. I have to scoot forward a little to put my feet on the ground. So now, my back doesn't touch the chair back. It's fine for short periods, but after awhile, it is fatiguing. I'm going to give it to my father in law, he has really long legs. My second issue is with the leg rest. When you pul it out, it feels like the thing is going to snap off. I don't feel like the metal bars that hold it are very sturdy.

Easy to install, waist and pillow, I sit in the home office for a long time, let me more comfortable sitting in the chair, but also can lift up the feet, good choice.

Bought for my son as a gift. He loves it! Says it’s real comfortable and he fits comfortably in it. When you have big people in your life , you have to stop and think about weight constrictions. Great chair , good price. Recommend this item

Easy to put together. Instructions are not written out but the pictures are easy to follow. Once done it’s amazingly comfortable and the additional lumbar pillow that comes with the chair is a wonderful idea. My elderly parent loved it and when the need presents itself for wound care of the feet, the flip out extender below the seat for your feet is just perfect. Highly recommended.

I put this together in a few hours all by myself. The color is beautiful, you can really see the quality of the stitching and it really does go back far enough to take a nap in. I bought it for my daughter that has cerebral palsy and she is very happy with the features.
