They refuse to send a ups return label. They send a qr code. We do not have a ups store in our town.

Got my son a series 2 controller without paddles for Christmas (didn't realize there was an option with and without paddles!!)We bought these as add ons after the holidays and they work great! Buying the controller without the paddles and then adding these on still saved me $80!

Metal paddles were a big upgrade for me from plastic. My plastic ones broke from use! They are very durable. They are super easy to put in and take out of the controller. They have never fallen out while playing. They have a little bit of give to them like they are a little loose that I don’t like but that is the only con so far. I prefer a tight snappy feel.
