Great for my box Victrola, super easy to replace. I don’t really see a difference between the gold and the red but they work great! It made my record player seem brand new.

Bought a cheap record player on here some time back. Noticed sound was off. Reading around the stock needle that comes with the cheap players is very poor quality. So they do not last very long.These are much better and fit perfect. Once I swapped it (which is very easy). Huge improvement of sound.

I've used the same stylus on my Ion iPT01 since I got it almost two decades ago; while it still looks and sounds decent, I figured it was well past time for swapping out to at least keep my records in their best shape. This 4 pack looked like a good deal, and would also help me get some other suitcase style players around the house sounding their best!While these are OK quality versions of the official stylus tips available, there are some small issues with fitting on at least one of the heads I tried; the plastic itself was a bit difficult to snap into place, but it sounds almost the same as the previous one (which may or may not be a good thing considering the age of it). The official styluses are pretty inexpensive as well, but are still about twice the price, and the design isn't hard to nail down for third parties making replacements. The stylus cones are nice and sharp, and are well protected with foam pieces stuffed into the included protectors. The brush is a nice addition for those that don't have one already, and will help keep the tip free of dirt when literally dusting off an old collection.These stylus would likely last me years if used on a single player, and getting four for this cheap is worth it even if half of them were I'll fitting - definitely worth grabbing to stop worn out diamonds from making your records wear out faster!
