These work great for different 3D printing projects, while not breaking the bank. They come with a spare battery, which is very nice. While they do not have the brightest screen, I assume that is to help extend the battery life. The humidity level accuracy could be a bit better, but for the price, they work great! I primarily use them to help monitor moisture in my filament storage containers.

These are very cost-effective. With my Bambu printers, the hole in the spool is unused. I 3D printed a device that uses the hole and holds desiccant (Silica Gel). That device uses these round hygrometers. I can leave the desiccant/hygrometer in place when I put the filament into the dryer, then into the printer, and sometimes into longer storage in air-tight cereal boxes (https://a.co/d/cW4thP8)

Review for 4 Pack Mini Digital Hygrometer Gauge Indoor Thermometer, Humidity Gauge LCD MonitorThe boxes on these hygrometers can be confusing, as they are labelled as a "digital thermometer."These hygrometers are round. You use hygrometers inside guitar cases to monitor humidity or to display humidity inside a box (for things like cigars or 3D filament). This hygrometer uses 1 small LR44 type button battery. What I liked:1) Humidity display is easy to read.2) The battery is pre-inserted. (Although they didn't tell you that, so I wound up opening up the battery compartment anyway.)3) An extra battery is included in each box.4) The hygrometer only requires 1 battery (my other hygrometers require 2 batteries each). Now for the annoying parts:1) The instructions are badly written. The text very small, and I needed a magnifying glass to read it.2) The on/off button on the back is not a true button- it is a small triangle cut out. You press on the cut out, which flexes a tiny bit. It is easy to miss, as it is flat and made as one piece with the back. You do a long press to turn the hygrometer on and off. You do a double press to change from C to F temperature.3) The battery compartment is hard to remove. You will need to find a dime or penny to slide the cover off. Fingers can't grip the cover's tiny ridges.4) While it does come with an extra battery, that isn't obvious. It isn't listed on the instruction sheet. So you wind up opening the battery cover up to insert a battery, only to find that it already has a battery inserted. Since the battery compartment is tricky to open, this just causes frustration. This information should be included in the instructions.5) The box labelling is confusing. The box is labelled as a thermometer, when it is a hygrometer. I initially thought that I had received the wrong product.6) A lot of frustration with this product could be avoided with better instructions. The instruction sheet's print is small, and information is left out. Grammar and phrasing are poor, and the information on the sheet is badly organized, with some info left out. The instructions need rewriting with the important information at the *top* of the page (battery is pre-installed, comes with an extra battery, use a dime to remove the battery cover, a better drawing of the on/off button, how to turn the hygrometer on/off, how to change from C to F).This is a functional and useful product that also has some annoying quirks. The display's temperature was very close (less than 1 degree off) to my other hygrometers, but the humidity reading was 3% lower than my other hygrometers.

Displays temp and humidity. Has worked for a couple months now. Battery seems to last good. Easy to read. Matches out other sensors so seems accurate. Small size can be used in many different places. I put one in my fridge, one in bathroom, one in garage and one in my kitchen. Grest deal.

I’ve been using these for weeks and have grown to trust them in keeping my guitars safe.Ignoring that I thought I received the wrong product at first and the instructions are not worth reading. Thankfully it’s not a product I have to touch too much, and gives me the info I need in a clear display. I’d recommend but only after reading through some of the reviews.

I bought these for my 3D printing room and office and they've been great. if I bring them all together they read the same, including when placed next to my house Thermostat. Really happy with them and helps me keep my filament dry and warm. And yeah, they even each came with an extra button cell battery.

I am always looking for small Hygrometers to use inside my filament dry boxes. I live in a very humid place and filament can get very most really quickly so it is important for me to have a way to track the temperature and humidity level for all my filament. These is a pack of 4 which is really helpful for me. I love the form factor; they are small enough to fit on small places, but they are very easy to read. I like that the big number shows the humidity, which is what I care the most about, but you can also see the temperature. The battery is very easy to replace and there is a power on/off button on the back so that you can turn it off and save some battery when no in used.I have been testing them and put them all inside a container to see what reading I got, and they are all very close to each other (looking at the picture) they are all 36 or 37%. I also added other hygrometers I have to the same box and that is the only issue I see. I have several of the square looking ones and they all mark the same humidity, around 31% while all the round ones mark around 36 to 37%. I am not really sure which one to go by but that is not really an issue of the hygrometers. I will see what to do about that. I really like them though.

I have several good quality guitars that I don't want to see dry out from sitting in their cases for long periods of time. I live in Southern California where, even though we say it's "dry heat," it's usually moist enough to keep instruments adequately hydrated. And most of us don't have central heating or keep the house shut up during "winter." But I have bought guitars from other parts of the country that have needed to be re-hydrated or that have developed cracks. So, just to be safe, I like to keep one of these in the case and check it periodically to see if the relative humidity drops below around 40%. If it does, I have little hydrators that I'll also put in the case until the weather changes. So I think think these are good to have, and they're a lot cheaper than having to take your instrument to the guitar shop to get it re-hydrated.
