Thank you quality is good. But i have issue with the safety free jumper half-moon clamp design, which does not completely block the cable from coming out. could you please let me know how to use this feature. As in the other picture of other brand shows full close position to prevent cable to come out. The picture shown in your product picture also shows as closed.
