I bought this since it was much more affordable than the bo-pep and I couldn't be happier. This is soft, rubbery and flexible. I use it for my left forefinger. It does move a bit so I made these additions...I added a command strip between it and the flute once I found the preferred position. While it is soft and flexible, I also added a shoe spot dot (from target).This really helped reduce the fatigue and strain my left forefinger was experiencing when practicing on my flute.
